A Wayne County man is facing a hate crime charge.
State Police say they arrested Adam Doucet of Lyons on Sunday for breaking into a home and making racially motivated threats against the person living there.
Doucet was arraigned in the Town of Galen and charged with burglary and aggravated harassment as a hate crime. He's due back in court in Lyons this morning.
