The Red Cross is assisting people displaced by a fire that heavily damaged a Rochester duplex.
It broke out around eight o'clock last night on North Goodman Street -- a few blocks north of East Main.
A woman and two children suffered minor injuries. Firefighters say an electric blanket may have caused the fire.
