A Rochester man has been indicted on charges stemming from a summer traffic crash that seriously injured a man on a bicycle.
The head-on crash happened August 2nd on Clifford Avenue near Hollister Street.
Lee Madden was allegedly driving the minivan that struck the man on the bike. Madden is charged in the indictment with vehicular assault, DWI and driving with a revoked or suspended license.
