Canandaigua, NY -- Canandaigua Police have made an arrest in a September 30th homicide.
Nicholas Bice was found dead after a fire in at an apartment at Camelot Square Apartments.
Eighteen-year-old Robert Clegg, of Canandaigua, is charged with Murder, Burglary and Robbery -- all in the first degree -- plus second-degree arson and related weapon and drug charges.
Clegg was arrested Monday in jail, where he's been since October 1st on an unrelated burglary charge. He is being held without bail.
