Rochester Prep Charter School is getting a new home.
The students will get an extra week off for the holidays, while classes move to the new site on Lake Avenue.
Students and parents called for the move this week after learning the current school location at 690 St. Paul Street is a contaminated former industrial site. But there's no decision yet whether students attending All City High School -- in the same building -- also will move.
City School District officials plan to meet with those students and the staff today.
