State troopers say a Wayland woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle while putting gas in her stalled vehicle in North Dansville.
Authorities say the vehicle had run out of gas while partially in the southbound lane of Route 63 around dinner time last night. The hazard lights were not on.
The woman -- Shawn Martinez -- was pronounced dead at a hospital. A man who was with her was not hurt. And the other driver was not hurt.
Troopers are still investigating.
