Geneva, NY -- There is an arrest in a homicide Tuesday night in Geneva.
Geneva Police say Willie McKoy Jr., AKA "June", of Geneva, was arrested early Thursday, after law enforcement officers surrounded a home on Wheeler Road in Wolcott.
He surrendered after several hours.
He is a suspect in the shooting death of 38-year-old Pliekou Irvin.
Irvin was shot in the chest on Middle Street, near Exchange Street, in Geneva, and died later at a hospital. McKoy is charged with second-degree murder.
