A man has turned himself in in connection to a hit and run accident that killed a Wheatland-Chili teacher. Police say 27-year-old Jon Jamberdino of Chili is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash. Jill Skivington Jackett was struck during her morning run on Thursday. Skivington Jackett was a past winner of the Rochester Marathon and coached cross country at Wheatland-Chili. Jamberdino is expected to appear in court Monday morning.
