A senior staffer in the Rochester Police Department is retiring after 31 years of service. Patrol Division Commander Tim List will retire at the end of the year.
Lieutenant Fabian Rivera will be elevated to the rank of commander and will assume command of the Special Operations Division. He is a 17-year RPD veteran.
Commander Joe Morabito will assume command of the Patrol Division.
