A Farmington man is facing animal abuse charges.
After neighbors complained about a barking dog in a shed, investigators from the Ontario County Humane Society found the 4-year-old Pit Bull had been left for at least two days without food, water, bedding or insulation.
Owner Marcos Perez is charged with animal cruelty and failure to provide sustenance to a confined animal.
