Gates, NY -- Gates police say video from body cams worn by officers at the scene refutes a woman's claim that an officer pointed a gun into her face and another pushed her face into the mud after she was handcuffed.
The allegations were included in a complaint filed by Tina Lehman of Gates on Thursday -- one day after her arrest for allegedly interfering in the arrests of four others on drug and gun charges.
Police say the videos -- and statements from witnesses -- show Lehman's claims of police misconduct were false.
Police have ticketed her for making a false written statement.
