Woman Says Governor Cuomo Ignored Sexual Harassment Claims

Governor Cuomo's office is denying allegations that he ignored repeated complaints of sexual harassment from a former state employee against a former state official.  Paul Liggieri is the lawyer for the accuser. Plaintiff Lisa Marie Cater accuses former Empire State Development Corporation vice president Sam Hoyt of sending her a lewd photo and groping her after he got her a job at the Department of Motor Vehicles.Her suit claims the Governor's office wanted the issue to "go away." Hoyt stepped down last month after the accusations first surfaced.
