Veterans Outreach Center founder Tom Cray Passes Away

A Vietnam veteran who helped start the Veterans Outreach Center has died at the age of 67. Tom Cray was diagnosed this year with a rare form of brain cancer. He died Friday. During nearly 40 years at the center, Cray helped local vets find jobs, get counseling and benefits. He retired from the V-O-C in 2010. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4 - 8 p.m. at Falvo’s Funeral Home in Webster. A celebration of his life is set for Saturday morning at the MCC Theater at 11 am.
