We now know this year's inductees at The National Toy Hall of Fame at The Strong Museum of Play.
They are the paper airplane, the Wiffle ball, and the board game Clue.
They were selected from among 12 finalists. Those passed over included Transformers, Matchbox cars and the Magic 8 Ball.
The Toy Hall of Fame recognizes toys that have inspired creative play and enjoyed popularity over a sustained period.
