Investigators say the tractor trailer driver who crashed on Rt. 390 had heroin, hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia. The driver, 56-year-old Robert Shenk, of Virginia, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries after the 3:30 a.m. crash. Investigators said he was under the influence of drugs. He is being held in the Livingston County Jail.
