Man Accused of Shooting Son, Indicted By Monroe County Grand Jury

The Rochester man accused of shooting his toddler son in the head last month has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury. 

Charles Phillips has been indicted on a charge of second degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. 

Two-year-old Zayden Phillips was shot October 20 at an address on Walnut Street. He was hospitalized for several days with a life-threatening brain injury before he died.
