POLICE: Avon Woman Had BAC of .22

An Avon woman is facing charges after authorities say she was driving drunk and crashed into a utility pole the Town of Geneseo. The Livingston County Sheriff’s office says authorities found a driver laying in the road outside their vehicle at the intersection of Geneseo Mt. Morris Road and Jones Bridge Road on Monday morning. Authorities say Ashley Graumann, 34, failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DWI and was later found to have a BAC of .22 percent. She has been charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent, and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree.
