Monroe County officials say all offices that lost power yesterday will be open for regular business today.
As of late last night, electric service was restored to the County Crime Lab, City Place, and Frontier Field. The County Jail, the Public Safety Building, and the Hall of Justice were running on generator power.
The outage yesterday morning closed the Hall of Justice for the day.
RG&E says a leak from a high-pressure steam pipe in a Civic Center control room may have contributed to the outage.
