The search is over for Starrlita Smith, the developmentally disabled woman reported missing Monday evening from her home in Leicester She was found yesterday evening in her parents' garage. Authorities say it's not clear if she had been there all week, or if she left and returned later. She was being treated last night for dehydration and malnutrition.A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert was issued Tuesday, and volunteers, police foot patrols and police dogs were involved in the search.
