Today is sentencing day for Laura Rideout, and her son Colin, for murder and evidence tampering in the death last year of her estranged husband Craig at his home in Penfield. Both face 26 years to life in prison.
Her son Alex will be sentenced, too -- for evidence tampering -- and faces 3 to 8 years in prison.
All three were convicted by a jury in July -- a little over a year after Craig Rideout's body was found wrapped in a tarp in some woods in Yates County.
Laura Rideout's boyfriend, Paul Tucci, was found not guilty of all charges.
