A Rochester man is behind bars after deputies discovered the shocking number of times his license has been suspended.
Livingston County deputies say 68-year-old Eugene Smith ran over a stop sign with a dump truck in Lima then left the scene.
He was arrested for driving on a license that had been suspended 47 times. Smith is facing felony charges and -- as of last night -- hadn't posted bail.
