Nazareth College is moving forward with plans to build a state-of-the-art athletic facility for Special Olympians -- after making some costly concessions.
The nearby Irondequoit Country Club wanted the college to move the facility so it wouldn't have to see or hear it.
Last night, at the Pittsford town meeting, the country club and Nazareth came to an agreement that will cost the college nearly 200-thousand-dollars to move the facility 15 feet.
