Judge Leticia Astacio and the woman accused of harassing her over the weekend both have court dates today. Astacio will be arraigned on the latest charge she violated her DWI probation. And Monica Skinner of Spencerport will be arraigned on the second-degree harassment charge. She's accused of grabbing and yelling profanity at Astacio on Saturday night at a Rochester bowling center. Astacio is no longer hearing cases but still gets her salary. She was reassigned this summer to clerical work, but stopped going to work about a month ago.
