Webster Teacher Pleads Guilty to Secretly Recording Girls

A Webster teacher has pleaded guilty to charges he recorded a video of two students as they changed their clothes in a bathroom. Terrance Hoctor, 44, admitted to two counts of unlawful surveillance and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police were notified on March 4th about an incident at the State Road Elementary School --where Hoctor was a 4th grade teacher. Hoctor will remain in custody until sentencing on November 13th. He faces six months in jail and five years probation. He also forfeited his teaching license and has to register as a sex offender.
