Rochester Police Arrest Second Suspect in Homicide Investigation

Rochester police say a second suspect has been arrested in a fatal daylight shooting on September 20.

Twenty-year-old Tysean Rumph was arraigned Saturday. He's charged in the shooting death of 65-year-old Thomas Hardaway on Bernard Street, near Hudson Avenue.

The other suspect, 24-year-old Paul Horn, was arrested two days after the shooting.

Both suspects are charged with second-degree murder and second-degree robbery. And police say there are no other outstanding suspects.
