New York State Police have released the name of the tractor trailer driver killed on the Thruway in Genesee County yesterday. Troopers say William Frank, 46, was ejected from the cab of his westbound truck when it swerved off the Thruway and crashed through a wooded area in Stafford, near exits 47 and 48. Troopers don't know why the truck went off the road. The crash caused a huge traffic jam for the entire afternoon.
