A judge has ordered a mental competency exam for murder defendant Holly Colino.
The order came at a brief hearing this morning. Colino is charged in last month's shooting death of Megan Dix in Brockport.
In videos posted online before the shooting, Colino said she believed others were stalking her.
Colino is also accused of threatening a restaurant worker in Henrietta, then escaping from custody after her arrest in that incident.
