The Village of Pittsford has put off talk about a possible moratorium on development .The issue was removed from the agenda at last night's Village Board meeting. The moratorium debate coincides with the proposal by developer Wilmorite to put a hotel and spa on land adjacent to Shoen Place. Wilmorite plans to buy the land from the private owners, assuming the board approves the development.
