A Livonia couple are behind bars for the alleged abuse of a four-year-old. Employees at a day care reported to investigators the child had noticeable bruising one day, then didn't show up the next day. Stephanie Jason-Whisman and Anthony Pabone were both arrested for second degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Both are being held on $7,500 bail each.
