Rochester police are investigating separate shootings, minutes apart, that wounded two men.
The first happened around 8:45 last night outside 36 Ferndale Crescent, near North Goodman Street. The second happened around 9:15 outside 935 Avenue D.
Both victims -- Jahquan Smith and Angel Espada-Alicia -- were shot multiple times. No one has been arrested in either shooting, and police say the shootings do not appear to be related.
