A Rochester man is accused of breaking into cars in Brighton.
Police say they arrested 19-year-old Robert DeRouen in the area of Lilac Drive yesterday. He was seen going car to car with another suspect that got away. DeRouen was charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree.
DeRouen was then turned over to the Rochester Police Department who had an outstanding arrest warrant for him.
Police recovered several items they believe may have stolen.
