A 16-year-old Geneva girl is accused of being drunk and on drugs when she crashed a car in Phelps.
Ontario deputies says Sarah Lahr was intoxicated and fell asleep while driving on Melvor Road -- then hit a culvert and utility pole.
Her car caught fire, but she was able to escape. Lahr is expected to be formally charged when she is released from the hospital.
