Wegmans' online grocery delivery service is up and running in Rochester. Wegmans is partnering with Instacart. Deliveries are made from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can place orders for demand within two hours or order up to a week in advance. There's a delivery fee of $6, but there are promos to get the service free for a year. In some cases, items are slightly marked up to cover operation expenses.
