Rochester Man Charged With Murder Indicted by Monroe County Grand Jury

A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Rochester man arrested in a homicide earlier this month.

47-year-old Jerry Lee Jones is charged in the indictment with second-degree murder in the death of 56-year-old Stanley Ksionzyk.

The body was found July 8 in a backyard at 675 Maple Street. Police said Jones violated a protective order at that address.
