Governor Cuomo says licenses for New York hunters and trappers go on sale tomorrow.
The Department of Environmental Conservation will open its call center tomorrow to help folks trying to get their licenses.
Cuomo has also announced several "free fishing" days in the state. You can fish without a license on Veterans Day, the weekend before President's Day, and National Hunting and Fishing Day.
