A Rochester teenager is facing charges following an arson investigation in Rochester. The Rochester Fire Department said the Arson Task Force charged a 17-year-old girl with second degree arson for a fire that occurred at a multi-unit apartment building on Monroe Avenue early last month. Authorities say an investigation found that the fire was started on the second floor of the building after a domestic altercation. The teen reportedly had an argument with one of the occupants of the building. No one was hurt in the fire.
