Police say a 24-year-old mother and her son, last seen Thursday afternoon leaving her father's home in Orleans County, have been found safe in Rochester. According to 13WHAM, a federal marshals' task force tracked down Alexandra L. Finnefrock and Joseph Theo Williams, 2, in a house in the area of Bay and Cummings streets. Finnefrock was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The Orleans County Sheriff's Office said Williams was turned over to family members, and a temporary order of protection has been put in place.
