Preliminary Hearing Today For Four Wayne County Murder Suspects

A preliminary hearing is set for this afternoon in Wayne County for the Sodus woman charged with three others in the death of her mother.

All four were arrested Friday and are being held without bail on charges of first-degree murder and second-degree conspiracy.

Authorities say Julie Martin was killed at her mobile home in the Town of Ontario last winter for her insurance money. Her body was found February 1. Investigators haven't said how she died.

The suspects are identified as Martin's daughter, Jasmine Harlee, Knowledge Couser of Rochester; and Malquan Drayton and Devonte Devine of Henrietta.
