A Batavia man is going to jail for endangering his child.
Charles Rodriguez Senior pleaded guilty yesterday to a child endangerment charge and a larceny charge.
Police officers and firefighters found the baby alone in a dangerously hot apartment on Monday.
Rodriguez was found, arrested, charged, convicted and sentenced to six months behind bars for both charges.
