Authorities say there doesn't appear to be a connection between two instances of men bringing handguns -- hours apart -- through the security checkpoint at the Greater Rochester International Airport.
The guns were found by the X-ray machine and were confiscated. A Hemlock man had a loaded 9 millimeter handgun and a loaded magazine.
Later, a Newarl man had an unloaded gun and a loaded magazine. They were the first instances of passengers with guns at the airport this year.
