Governor Cuomo says New York, California and Washington State are forming the United States Climate Alliance.
It's a response to President Trump's decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement.
And the three states are asking other states to join them. Cuomo signed an executive order yesterday vowing to meet or exceed objectives outlined in the Paris Agreement.
