Authorities say a man on a motorcycle was killed in an evening crash in Mendon.
It happened around 8 p.m. as 28-year-old Thomas Mincer, of Clifton Springs, was heading east on Boughton Hill Road near West Bloomfield Road. Deputies say it appears he struck a deer, was thrown off the bike and then hit a guard rail. He died at the scene.
