The woman who was wounded in a 2009 killing spree that claimed four lives says she suffers from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Audra Dillon spoke in court at the re-sentencing hearing for convicted murderer Frank Garcia.
In all, Garcia was given five life sentences, but one of them -- the life sentence for wounding Dillon -- was thrown out on appeal, and he was re-sentenced in her case to 25 years to life.
Garcia targeted people in Brockport and Canandaigua he believed had conspired to get him fired. Two of the victims were women who complained he had sexually harassed them.
