State troopers say sun glare was likely a factor in a crash that seriously injured a motorcycle rider on I-490 in Rochester. It happened around 6:30 yesterday evening at the Goodman Street ramp.
Troopers say Charles Campbell, of Pittsford, rear-ended a car that was slowing on the ramp. Campbell was ejected from his motorcycle, and was thrown on an SUV that was stopped ahead of the car.
No charges will be filed.
