The Rochester City school board has endorsed plans for help running School 19.
Under the plan, SUNY Geneseo would become the educational partnership organization for the school. It still the needs an OK from state education officials.
It would be the second school in the city with a college partner -- The University of Rochester is the educational partner for East High School.
