Brighton Police are asking for the public’s help locating a person they say stole a purse from a woman in the parking lot of the Brighton Town Library.
Police say it happened around 8:30 last night when a man on a bicycle approached the woman, grabbed the purse and rode off. Police found the purse nearby and found that cash had been stolen.
Brighton Police have released a surveillance image of the person that was seen in the area at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
