A Pittsford man facing charges for allegedly clobbering a man with a bat, has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury.
James Peppers was indicted yesterday on second degree attempted murder, first degree assault and menacing charges.
Back in March, deputies were called to a home on South Street for a domestic dispute. They say 67-year-old Peppers had been arguing with the victim which led to the two throwing punches at each other. Authorities then say Peppers struck the other man repeatedly in the head with the bat.
