Rochester police have named the 78-year-old city man who was killed in a two-car crash.
It happened around 1:30 yesterday afternoon when Isaias Soto was driving east on Northland Avenue and collided with a car heading south on North Goodman Street.
Soto died later at Strong. The other driver suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police are working to determine the cause of the crash.
