A Geneseo man is facing charges following a traffic stop on I-390 in Livingston County.
The Sheriff’s Office says on Saturday, they stopped a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Timothy Mayeu and found that his license had been revoked for a previous DWI conviction and the vehicle registration was also suspended.
Mayeu was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, but before being taken into custody he tossed a pack of cigarettes that had three bags of heroin inside it.
He was additionally charged with tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bail.
