A company that makes railcar parts, Rolen-Jinxin Technologies North America, is putting its first U.S.-based facility in Monroe County.
Empire State Development says the company will renovate a vacant building in Henrietta and create 44 full-time production, engineering and management jobs there.
The project is supported by Finger Lakes Forward, the region’s economic development plan.
The company makes interior parts, thermal management systems and restroom modules for railcars. It will get state tax credits worth up to $600,000.
Monroe County also offered incentives to help move the project ahead.
